Dozenz IPTV Setup Guide — Every Device

Your welcome email contains three things: a username, a password and a server URL. Every guide below uses exactly those. Most people are watching within five minutes.

Before you start

What You Need to Hand

Have the welcome email open on your phone — you will be typing from it. If it has not arrived, check spam before contacting us; that is where it lands most often.

  • Your username and password
  • Your server or portal URL (or M3U link)
  • The device you want to watch on
  • A connection of 15 Mbps or better
Short answer: There is no Dozenz app to download. Install a free IPTV player — IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player or XCIPTV — then log in with the Xtream Codes username, password and server URL we email you.

🔥 Amazon Firestick & Fire TV

  1. From the home screen open Find → Search, type Downloader and install the orange Downloader app.
  2. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and enable Install unknown apps for Downloader.
  3. Open Downloader and enter the player download link from your welcome email.
  4. Install it, open it and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
  5. Enter your username, password and server URL exactly as written, then wait for channels and the guide to load.

If Developer Options is missing, open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click Fire TV Stick seven times.

🤖 Android TV, boxes, phones & tablets

  1. Install IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or XCIPTV from Google Play.
  2. Open the app and choose Add playlist → Xtream Codes API.
  3. Name the profile anything, then enter your three credentials.
  4. Save. Live TV, films and series appear in the side menu within a minute.

On a television, TiviMate is worth the small premium unlock — it is built for a remote rather than a touchscreen.

📺 Samsung & LG smart TVs

  1. Install IBO Player, Smarters Player Lite or Duplex IPTV from your TV's own store.
  2. Launch it and note the MAC address shown on screen.
  3. Send that MAC to us on WhatsApp or live chat and we attach your playlist remotely.
  4. Close and reopen the app — your channel list loads automatically.

📱 iPhone, iPad & Apple TV

  1. Install Smarters Player Lite or iPlay TV from the App Store.
  2. Choose Xtream Codes API and enter your credentials. The same apps exist on tvOS.

💻 Windows & macOS

  1. For a quick test, use VLC → Media → Open Network Stream and paste your M3U link.
  2. For a full interface with the guide, use IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows or MyIPTV Player.

📦 MAG, Enigma2 & Formuler

These use a portal address rather than an app login. Send us your model and MAC address after checkout and we will reply with the exact portal URL to enter under Settings → Servers → Portals.

If something is not right

Buffering

Restart the router first — it fixes more cases than anything else. Prefer Ethernet, or 5 GHz Wi-Fi over 2.4 GHz, and confirm your line genuinely delivers 15 Mbps (25 Mbps for 4K). If only one channel stutters, it is upstream and we can usually move you to a better feed.

Login rejected

Copy and paste rather than typing. A trailing space in the server URL, or a capital where a lowercase belongs, accounts for nearly every rejected login we see.

Channels missing

Refresh the playlist inside your app, or close and reopen it fully. If they are still missing, message us — reloading your line takes seconds.
